The Financial Stability Center delivers various financial literacy programs in person and online.

In collaboration with the Spokane CASH Coalition, Spokane Workforce Council, United Way of Spokane, and local financial institutions, our financial literacy education will help you make positive changes to your personal finances.



Workshops In Person

In partnership with local federal credit unions and established financial institutions, we're proud to offer in-person financial literacy workshops at our new Financial Stability Center.

Financial Literacy Workshop Series - Presented by STCU

STCU will conduct in-person financial literacy workshops on the first Thursday of each month from 2:00-3:00 pm. Check out 2022's line-up below and register today!

Financial FUNDamentals: An RCSC Exclusive

Our exclusive virtual platform will guide you through five sections of financial literacy and provide information and local resources that will help you achieve financial freedom.

The five sections include financial health & behaviors, banking basics, budgeting, debt & credit, and managing unforeseen life events.

Credit.org Budget 101 Online Training

If you participate in a program offered at the Resource Center of Spokane County and need to complete a financial literacy workshop, you can fulfill the requirement by working through the budget training modules presented by credit.org.

Please remember to connect with your RCSC Specialist before and after you take the course.
