CARES Act CDBG Rental & Utility Assistance
The CARES Act Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Rental & Utility Assistance is no longer available.
To be eligible, low- to medium-income households must reside within the unincorporated areas of Spokane County, or within these cities and towns:
- Airway Heights
- Cheney
- Deer Park
- Fairfield
- Latah
- Liberty Lake
- Medical Lake
- Millwood
- Rockford
- Spangle
- Spokane Valley

Eligibility Assessment
Each individual and family only have to take the eligibility assessment once using the form below. Multiple entries received may delay the process to assist you with rental and utility assistance.
Email Communication
Housing Specialists will use email to initiate the application process if an individual or family is eligible to receive rental and utility assistance from the CARES Act CDBG funding.
Free email addresses can be created via Google, Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo, or other reliable email servers.
