COVID-19 Rental Assistance Program

UPDATE: October 20, 2020 - due to the number of individuals and families we have received applications from and additional applications we're currently processing, we are no longer accepting applications for our COVID-19 Rental Assistance Program.

UPDATE TO COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL TENANTS - APRIL 7, 2020:

The City of Spokane will temporarily ban all foreclosures and evictions of commercial tenants through April, adding to protections ordered by Gov. Jay Inslee last week. With swift support from the Spokane City Council, Mayor Nadine Woodward amended her week-old emergency declaration Monday to place a moratorium on foreclosures and evictions of residential and commercial tenants.
